Magic Chicken

This one is a slam dunk, comes out perfect every time.
- 1 Whole Chicken
- Magic Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Sticks & Buds
- Rub All Over
- Preheat oven to 420º
|
Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle the Magic Oil over the chicken. Sprinkle with Kosher Salt, Sticks and Buds & Rub All Over. Roast for 45 minutes. Check chicken. You’re looking for the skin to be golden brown and very crispy. Let the bird rest for 15 minutes before carving.
